Entering as an Admin
If you are logged into the designer, you will be granted extra privileges if you join a venue that you are an owner or editor of.
🙌 If you open the venue in a new tab, you will be disconnected from the designer tab. This is normal, and your elevated status will still apply to both tabs!
Joining Closed Venues
As an admin, you can join any venue which you have edit access for and have a link to; even if they are still closed! This allows you to privately rehearse with other collaborators or test any other sites and systems which may lead to your venue via the public link.
Using Admin-only Projectors
Projectors in your venue can be set to admin-only. In order to use these, the prospective presenter will need to be added as a collaborator for the pertinent venue. Then by visiting the live venue while logged in, the presenter will be able to use these projectors which regular attendees cannot.
