Share A Link

Once you're done creating your venue, you'll need to get a link to it that attendees can use. This link can then be placed on your own website, or embedded anywhere you see fit.

⚠ The public link to your venue is not the same as the URL to your venue designer. Always test your links!

To get your venue ready, click "Share" in the top-right of your designer.

Next, the Share window will open. You will be presented with several options:

  • Closed/Open: This decides whether your venue is open to the general public. If a venue is closed, then it will only be accessible if the venue is assigned to an event.
  • Password: If you enable a password for your venue, anyone visiting your link will need to know the password in order to enter. They will be prompted to enter it as soon as they visit your share link.
  • Copy Link: This provides the link that you can provide to prospective visitors. It will only appear if your venue is open, as closed venues should instead be accessed via an event's link and not the venue's link itself.

Sharing via an Event

An alternative method of sharing your venue is sharing it by setting up a Popup Event within it. This is useful for when you want your venue to be open for a specific period of time, you want to control who enters it, you want to be more hands-on with your event as it runs, or any and all of the above in combination.
