I'm not receiving any invite emails!

If you are not receiving any invites, magic links, or other correspondence, check to see if you are being affected by any of the following:

Emails caught by spam filter

Emails from POPUP may be getting caught and sequestered by a spam email filter. Be sure to check your spam filter for any emails that you might have missed.

Account tied to wrong/mistyped email

If you believe your account is tied to the wrong email, or an email with a spelling mistake, please contact support to reset the email tied to your account.

Email Capitalization

Although POPUP accounts for case-insensitive emails, certain emails may still run into issues if they feature capital letters. For best results, ensure that you enter your email in lowercase at all times.
