Logging in via Magic Links

When you create your first venue on a new account, or you are invited to collaborate on a new venue, you will be provided with a Magic Link within an email which will grant you access to your venues. Simply click the access button (or the magic link itself below it) in the email that you received, and you will be taken to your account where you will see your venues and any other venues that you have been invited to collaborate on.

However for security reasons, a sign up link or a collaboration link will expire after you use them once, or after a twenty-four period (whichever is sooner). After this happens, several options are available to you.

Issuing a New Link

The easiest option is simply issuing yourself a new link. This will generate another single-use magic link into your account which will behave identically to your previous link. See here for more information.

Setting a Password

If you already have an account you can also verify your account by setting a password. This will allow you to log in directly, although magic links will still be available for you to issue to yourself if you so choose. See here for more information.
