I see "Error: The Token is Invalid" when trying to log in!
For security reasons, the link provided to you in your signup, collaborate invitation or login email only lasts 24 hours. Both the sign up links and the invitations to collaborate links are single use. If you are seeing this error when attempting to log into your account, then the link you are using has expired and you will need a new one.
🙌 Your account and the venues you have created on it are safe, even if your invite link has expired!
If you already have a POPUP account
To access your account again, simply request a new link by clicking the "Login" button on the homepage, entering the email you associated with your account, leaving the password field blank, and then clicking "Send me a link".
To avoid this process again, you can verify your account by setting a password. See here for more information.
If you don't have a POPUP account
If you don't already have a POPUP account then you would have been sent a magic link to collaborate on a venue. Don't worry - this invite has not expired. You need to create an account and login to see the venue.
- Firstly got to POPUP.ing and click "Create your own world". Make sure you use the same email as the invite you got to collaborate.
- Once you are logged in click "Venues" and you should see the invitation at the top of the list. Click the three dots and select "Accept" to be a collaborator on the venue. You'll now be able to edit the venue from your account.
