Media File Recommendations

To keep your venue lightweight and universally-compatible, it is recommended that you limit any assets you upload to the following criteria:

• All assets should be smaller than 50MB in size

Images

• Should be one of the following formats
  • .png
  • .jpg
  • .gif
• Should be no larger than 4096x4096 pixels in size
• Should be less than 5MB in size

Videos

• Should be one of the following formats
  • .mp4
  • .webm
• Should be no larger than 3840x2160 pixels in size
• Should be less than 50MB in size

Audio

• Should be one of the following formats
  • .mp3
  • .wav
• Should be less than 10MB in size for speedy download

Incompatible File Types

Some file types (such as .m4a, .mov, .wmv) are specific to a brand of operating system and are not supported by POPUP.

If you suspect that a file you uploaded is not compatible or otherwise not available within POPUP, consider using a file type conversion service to change your file into a compatible one.
