Browser Requirements for Designers

For the best experience we recommend creating with POPUP using the latest version of the Chrome browser on desktop or laptop.

⚠ Although a venue can be designed for viewing on mobile devices, you need to use a desktop/laptop to create your venue.

If you are running into issues, check to see if you meet the following requirements:

  • Chrome (Recommended): At least version 123
  • Firefox: At least version 117
  • Safari: At least version 17
  • Edge: At least version 124

If you do not meet these requirements, please update your browser to the latest version and restart it.
