Sharing a Mobile Venue Link

A standard public share link (received via the "Copy Link" button described above) is formatted like this for mobile:

https://popup.ing/?mobileVenue=[VENUE-ID]

If a user tries to access this link on a desktop, they will be told to use a mobile device.

If your venue is using the mobile template (i.e: You pressed the "mobile device" button in the venue dimensions section of the venue settings), the link you receive when attempting to share the venue will automatically be tailored for mobile attendees as above.

If you would like a dual access venue link (that works on both mobile and desktop), then consider setting up an event that uses your desktop and mobile venues. See here for more information.
